Senior Care
In-home care services are a cost-effective alternative to facility-based nursing home care. It is well documented that providing these services reduces the rate at which at-risk elderly senior adults utilize nursing homes, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes. In home care services provide consumers on-going assistance with activities of daily living (ADL), which may include services like:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Meal preparation
- Housekeeping
- Errands/transportation
- Medication reminders
24/7 In Home Care. These supportive services can be arranged for any frequency of time, from one to twenty-four hours of care daily, or on a respite or temporary basis. ACA works with clients, their families and other relevant health care providers to customize care plans, designed to keep individuals safe, healthy and independent at home.
These nursing services are funded through a variety of sources, including:
- Medicaid Waiver Programs
- Long-Term Care Insurance
- Veterans Benefits
- Private Pay (Cash or Visa)
- Other social service programs
